I don’t like Orthotics!
That is…
I don’t like the use of them long term for people who truly can improve their foot function and work themselves out of them.
I’m a prime example of achieving just that.
Use the orthotics as a tool to give your feet the chance to get stronger, and then throw them out!
Here is the process in which I worked myself out of wearing orthotics and being barefoot as much as possible throughout the day while supporting my frame in balance.
