Brief Paperwork

Upon making your appointment, you will be emailed an online form that is easy to fill out from your phone. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Consultation

The first objective of the initial consultation is to see if chiropractic is indeed the right option to help with your concerns. In order to pinpoint the cause of your concern, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent. For some cases, Xrays may be ordered for further investigation about your concerns.

– If we find that Chiropractic is not the best option for you, we will guide you to the right place to get the best care for your goals.

– If we find that Chiropractic care is the best option for you, then we will discuss your treatment options to help you.

Your First Chiropractic Treatment

If Xrays are not required to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you, we will be able to provide you with your first Chiropractic Adjustment on your very first visit.

Home Instructions

Prior to leaving, you will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.
